Performed preventative maintenance for a Lennox AC system. Model #XC14-030-230-06, serial #5813E15798. Upon arrival I turned the thermostat off. I powered down the system at the furnace and removed the access panel. The evaporator coil’s are clean and in good condition. I tested the drain pan and drain line with several bottles of water to ensure that there are no leaks or clogs. Replaced the Merv11 air filter size 16x25x5. I checked all electrical connections to ensure that they are secure and in good condition. The blower motor and wheel are both in good condition. I re attached the access panels and powered the system back up. I called for ac and observed the system starting normally. The condenser coils are in good condition and clean. The condenser amp draws are 5.41 for the compressor and .79 for the fan. The temperature split is at a 18° differential. The system is operating properly at this time. NC homeowner is a CCM.
