Came out to survey the location. Tom manages the property. He stated all 5 systems are under maintenance agreements with another local contractor, however they don’t provide air duct cleaning services. He only had a few minutes because he had to return to work and was not able to go over options. We can provide a quote to do air duct cleaning.
