Service call due to a recent inspection where the auxiliary heat (emergency heat kit) failed the inspection. In order to access the electric heat compartment the unit may need to be disconnected and moved and re-installed. Other options would include unit replacement for future servicing or removing the roof truss that is restricting access. I was unable to remove the panel today in order to perform any additional diagnostic work. I will discuss this with Dr. Ufberg to determine what the next step will be.
