Performed a first floor dryer vent cleaning. Dryer vent, duct. Flex duct and lint trap are all clear of lint and debris at this time. Dryer is functioning properly at this time and exhaust flow is optimal. Customer stated that the dryer is taking longer to dry than normal. At this time the only thing I see that may be causing this is the lint screen is starting to wear out and may need to be replaced. Recommend dryer vent cleaning every 1-2 years.
