Performed preventative maintenance for a York heat pump model #YHJF24S41S 1A, serial #W1B1738267. I powered the system down and removed the access panels. The evaporator coil’s are slightly dirty and should be cleaned soon to allow better heat transfer. Tested the drain pan and drain line with several bottles of water to ensure that there are no leaks or clogs. The was a slight clog in the u bend of the drain line however I able to flush it out with hot water. Replaced the air filter size 16x25x1. Checked all electrical connections to ensure that they are secure and in good condition. I powered the system back up and called for heat. The system started right up. The blower motor amp draw is at 3.7 and the supply temp is 119°F. The heat pump coils are clean and in good condition. The heat pump amp draws are .46 for the fan and 8.8 for the compressor. The system is operating properly at this time. Recommend re leveling the heat pump. Over time the pad has settled into the dirt and cause
