Performed preventative maintenance for a Lennox heat pump. Model #CBA27UHE-036-230-6-05 , serial #1620L10954. Upon arrival the system was set for heat. I powered the thermostat down and the system itself. I removed the access panels and inspected the air handler. The evaporator coil’s are clean and in good condition. Tested the drain pan and drain line with several bottles of water to ensure that there are no clogs. I replaced the air filter size 20x20x1. I checked all electrical connections to ensure that they are secure and in good condition. I re attached the access panels and powered the system back up. I called for ac and observed the system starting normally. The condenser coils are clean and in good condition. The heat pump amp draws are .43 for the fan and 7.1 for the compressor.
