Manufacturer Air temp Model # VS5BD - O60KA Serial # VSF150707793 Customer had no ac. The system is new but poorly installed. The filter dryer is in backwards the unit is not pitch right and the condensate pump is not properly piped in,and the drain like does not have pee trap. Their is no stab in the disconnect. After jumping the disconnect box out the pressure where all over the place with the filter dryer being on backwards. She would like a appointment with steve 12-2
