Customer called for second floor system not heating. Upon inspection as soon as I removed the cover the furnace, I found one of the high-voltage wires to the inducer hanging off. The spade connector was loose and needed to be crimped down to stay in place on the inducer. Tested system upon completion and furnace worked properly without issue.
