Customer called for no heat within the warehouse. This warehouse has two Reznor ceiling hung heaters upon inspection. I found that the pilots were out in both of them, relit the pilots and then tested each unit. Both Reznor‘s are functioning properly at this time. Both of these units are fairly old and was unable to collect model/serial number off of the units. Shut down both units to make sure pilots would hold and not drop the flame. Pilots held without ongoing out. If at any time pilots no longer hold first necessary repair will be to replace the thermocouples. Customer may have 4 other Reznor units in the other bay once gas is turned on that need to be checked. Let customer know they can call to schedule when they would like to move forward.
