Performed preventative maintenance for heat pump system. Replaced the standard 20x20x1 air filter. Inspected all the electrical components. Confirmed proper high and low voltages. Inspected all wiring for electric heat and made sure it didn’t gave any damaged or high resistant melting. Heat kit looked good. Tested the amp draw for the blower, compressor and fan motor. All were operating within the manufacturer specs. System had a heat rise of 32° in heat pump mode. System had a heat rise to 51° using electrical heat. Performed a humidifier service in a bypass humidifier. Replaced the #35 panel and cleaned housing. System is operating properly at this time. Model #FB4CNF060 Serial #1911A86989
