Came out to verify what furnace needed a thermostat. Upon inspection I found that the Lennox furnace model #EL280UH070E36A - 03, serial #5922H31066. Upon inspection I found that I did put the temporary thermostat on the wrong system. That being said the furnace is still not getting the call for heat at the thermostat. I inspected all the wiring and fuses. The system has 24volts at the furnace but not at the thermostat. This indicates a break in the thermostat wire. Since the wire runs to the second floor the cheapest option is to install a red link thermostat. Chud is currently waiting on parts for the repair. I have a temporary thermostat installed so the homeowner can have heat on the second floor. N/c The new red link thermostat is for the Lennox system and the air cleaner is for the Coleman system.
