Performed preventative maintenance for a Lennox ac system. Model #XC17-036-230-08, serial #5814D01527. Upon arrival the thermostat was in the off position. I powered the system down at the furnace and removed the access panels. The evaporator coil’s are clean and in good condition. I tested the drain pan and drain line to ensure that there are no leaks or clogs. The air filter was recently replaced by the homeowner size 16x24x1. I checked all electrical connections to ensure that they are secure and in good condition. The blower motor and blower wheel are both clean and in good condition. Re attached the access panels and powered the system back up. I called for ac and observed the system starting normally. The condenser coils are dirty and should be cleaned. The conde Amp draws are 1.2 for the fan and 8.3 for the compressor. The temperature split is at a 18° differential.
