Performed preventative maintenance for a Lennox system model #g60df-36b-090-05, serial #5804b31175. The evaporator coil’s are clean and in good condition. Tested the drain pan and drain line with several bottles of water to ensure that there are no leaks or clogs. The air filter was recently replaced by the homeowner. Checked all electrical components needed for air conditioning to ensure that they are secure and in good condition. The blower motor amp draw is within normal range. The temperature split is at a 19. The condenser coil’s are clean and in good condition. The condenser amp draws are .79 for the fan and 12.3 for the compressor. The refrigerant pressures are 154/267. These are normal readings for the temperature outside today and R-22 refrigerant. The system is operating properly at this time however the system is 18 years old and should be updated to a system that utilizes 410-A refrigerant. No Charge MA.
