Customer said he smelled a burning smell after opening the unit their was a short in the high voltage wiring. Went to billows picked up 3 wire bugs and a 2 foot piece of wire. Cut back wire replaced it and connected wires with wire bugs. Amped out the heat pack and it is operating properly. System is working properly at this point. No charge for the repair.
