Tested the drain pan and drain line with several bottles of water to ensure that there are no leaks or clogs. Replaced the air filter size 20x20x1. The temperature split is at a 19. The blower motor amp draw is within normal range. The condenser coil’s are clean and in good condition. The condenser amp draws are 1.1 for the fan and 7.73 for the compressor. The refrigerant pressures are within normal range for the temperature outside today. The system is operating properly at this time. Homeowner is prepaying for heat preventative maintenance.
