Investigated no ac call. Found a clogged 20x25x1 air filter that was completely restricting any air flow. Replaced the filter with a stock air filter with a stock filter. The pressures were slightly high on the head pressure which could be due to poor installation practices. There was evidence that leak locked was used on the high side service valve in the past. A circuit breaker was off for the outdoor unit. I discussed everything with Tim and at this time we do not need to take any further action as the system is operating with a 20 degree split and draining properly. BILLOUT.
