Performed preventative maintenance for high efficiency furnace. Inspected all the electrical components. Replaced the #401 air filter per customer request. Confirmed proper high and low voltages. Tested amp draw from the blower and inducer. Both were operating within the manufacturer spec. System had a temperature rise of 54°. Made sure all rubber tubing to collector box were clear. Cleaned the flame sensor, burners and burner box. Made sure fresh air intake was clear. Performed a combustion analysis on the furnace. System is operating at 94.7% efficiency with a CO level of 15ppm. Tested all safety devices for proper function. System is operating properly at this time. Customer renewed the repair agreement for the system. Found water heater leaking from the bottom. This is the start of a leak and is not major or serious yet but will be in the near future.
