Completed two preventative maintenance on Lennox units. Manufacturer Lennox Model # CBX32MV-048-230-6-06 Serial # 5811D02403 First unit the temperature split was 19. I made sure the drain line was working. Did a amp check on the condenser fan motor and compressor. The fan motor was a little high because of how dirty the coils is. Changed out 16x20x4 pure air kit. System is operating properly at this point. Lennox Model # XP21-036-230-02 Serial # 5811B15795 Made sure drain and condensate pump was working. Changed 16x25x4 pure air kit. Did a amp check on the condenser fan motor and compressor the fan amperage was high because of the coil being dirty. System is operating properly at this point. After the maintenance I did two coil cleaning on both outdoor units. Per rc customer will be switched to ccm agreement
