2nd floor system located in the attic. Performed preventative maintenance for a Lennox AC system. Model #14ACXS030-230A20, serial #1916E21982. Upon arrival the thermostat was turned off. I powered down the system and removed the access panel. The evaporator coil’s are clean and in good condition. I tested the drain pan and draiN line with several bottles of water to ensure that there are no leaks or clogs. I replaced the air filter size located in the return grill in the hallway. I checked all electrical connections to ensure that they are secure and in good condition. The healthy climate uv bulb is currently burnt out. I re attached the access panels and powered the system back up. I called for AC and observed the system starting normally. The condenser coils are clean and in good condition. The condenser amp draws are .77 for the fan and 4.68 for the compressor. The temperature split is at a 20° differential. 1st floor system located in the basement. Performed preventative mainten
