Returned to complete drain repair to existing Unico style air handler. Installed a new “EZ TRAP” that will provide water protection should the gravity drain line back up or get clogged. The safety switch will shut the unit down, preventing water from leaking through the ceiling. Upon inspection of the coil, placed pan treatment tablets inside to prevent future clogs. Replaced a blown fuse as well. Filter (Pure Air Kit X8795) is due for replacement next season. Thoroughly tested the drain for proper pitch and drainage. Issue was originally diagnosed on 06/13/22 and homeowner paid the emergency diagnostic fee. Today’s charges are strictly for parts and labor to make repairs.
