Performed preventative maintenance for a high efficiency Lennox AC system. Model #EL296UH110XV60C-05, serial #5915D04887. Upon arrival the thermostat was set for heat. I powered the thermostat down and removed the access panels. The evaporator coil’s are clean and in good condition. I tested the drain pan, drain line and condensate pump with several bottles of water to ensure that there are no leaks or clogs. I replaced the air filter size 20x25x4 homeowner supplied. I checked all electrical connections to ensure that they are secure and in good condition. I re attached the access panels and powered the system back up. I called for AC and observed the system starting normally. The condenser coils are clean and in good condition. The condenser amp draws are 1.13 for the fan and 6.45 for the compressor. The temperature split is at a 21° differential. The system is operating properly at this time. MA is due for renewal. I presented the homeowner with several solutions. Homeowner went with
