Performed a preventative maintenance on a Lennox AC unit. Model number: XC13-048-230-03. Serial number: 5810F19873. Upon arrival the heat was on at the thermostat. I watched it to AC and went downstairs and watched the unit run. I turned the unit off at the furnace and removed the panel for the evaporator coil. I inspected the coil for any dust or dirt build up. Poured water into the condensate trap and watched the water drain properly. I poured water into the condensate pump and watched the water pump out properly. Removed the panels to the furnace and checked the blower motor and fan for any dust build up. Checked the electrical connections to make sure they were properly secure. Replaced the 16x25x1 filter. Took an amp draw for the motor. 7.3 amps. Placed panels back in the unit and turned the unit on at the furnace. Went outside to the condenser and watched the unit run. Removed the panel and brushed out any spiderwebs.
