Performed an air duct cleaning and Sanitation on a 2 bedroom apartment. All vents and ductwork are clear of dust and debris at this time. System is running properly at this time. Recommend duct cleaning Every 3-4 years. Attempted dryer vent cleaning but run is clogged and has to much moisture to free the obstruction. Dryer must be run empty for a few days to dry out the lint so it may be removed. There is some exhaust flow but it is minimal. We will return next week to finish the dryer vent cleaning.
