Manufacturer Goodman Model # GSX160421FG Serial # 2012356442 Completed a preventative maintenance on a newly installed air conditioner. The split temperature was 21. I cleaned primary and secondary drain lines. Customer changed out 14x30x1. Performed a amperage readings on the compressor and condenser fan motor both are working properly at this point. Made sure all electrical connections are tight and secure. Customer paid for chud membership for 2024 cooling season. And single system heater membership for 2024. System is operating properly at this point.
Performed air duct cleaning and sanitation. All vents and ductwork are clear of dust and debris at this time. System is functioning properly at this time. Recommend duct cleaning every 3-4 years. Thank you for your business! This was free with install.
Installed new Goodman equipment. Project included new condenser pad. With new high voltage disconnect box and new high voltage wire to the unit. Flushed an adapted to refrigerant lines. Adapted to supply an return, installed new 16x25x1 filter rack. Adapted to gas line and high voltage with new switch receptacle. Installed new condensate pump an drain lines. Adapted to vynl tubing. Adapted to exhaust vent. Installed new Honeywell thermostat. System is tested and working properly at this time.
Performed preventative maintenance for a unico system model #M3642BL2-ST2, serial #210504-B002767. The evaporator coil’s are clean and in good condition. Tested the drain pan and drain line with several bottles of water to ensure that there are no leaks or clogs. Replaced the 14x30x1 air filter. Checked all electrical components needed for air conditioning to ensure that they are secure and in good condition. The blower motor amp draw is within normal range. The temperature split is at a 20. The condenser coil’s are clean and in good condition. The condenser amp draws are .43 for the fan and 9.6 for the compressor. The refrigerant pressures are 138/265. Theses are normal readings for the temperature outside today. The system is operating properly at this time. No charge FWI.
Customer stated upon arrival they had a power surge the previous night, discovered contactor was stuck in closed position. Replaced contactor. Cycled and tested, system working properly at this time.
Installed new condenser, whip ,disconnect, pad. We also. Installed unico air handler and evaporator coil. We adapted to the drain, high voltage, low voltage, line set, and metal. Installed new thermostat. System tested and working properly at this time.
