Performed preventative maintenance for a unico system model #M3642BL2-ST2, serial #210504-B002767. The evaporator coil’s are clean and in good condition. Tested the drain pan and drain line with several bottles of water to ensure that there are no leaks or clogs. Replaced the 14x30x1 air filter. Checked all electrical components needed for air conditioning to ensure that they are secure and in good condition. The blower motor amp draw is within normal range. The temperature split is at a 20. The condenser coil’s are clean and in good condition. The condenser amp draws are .43 for the fan and 9.6 for the compressor. The refrigerant pressures are 138/265. Theses are normal readings for the temperature outside today. The system is operating properly at this time. No charge FWI.
