Ms

John did major work on my heater last year and did an excellent job. He was just as thorough and efficient this time with the preventative maintenance. He showed me what to watch out for and keep an eye on. He is courteous and very pleasant to have work here. You all have an A-One employee.

Performed preventative maintenance for a Trane heat pump model #4TWR5030H1000AB, serial #220947T74F. I powered the system down and removed the access panels. The evaporator coil’s are clean and in good condition. Tested the drain pan and drain line with several bottles of water to ensure that there are no leaks or clogs. The homeowner just replaced the air filter size 16x20x1. Clean out any dirt or debris in the air handler. I powered the system back up and called for heat. The supply temp is at 134°f. The condenser coil’s are clean and in good condition. The condenser amp draws are .69 for the fan and 9.56 for the compressor. The refrigerant pressures are within normal range. The system is operating properly at this time. FWI per office.

Performed preventative maintenance for a high efficiency Lennox furnace model #EL296UH090XV60C-03, serial #5912H28991. I powered the system down and removed the access panels. Removed and cleaned carbon off of the flame sensor and cleaned out the burners and burner box. The homeowner will replace the air filter when it is delivered Merv16 16x25x5. Checked the pressure switch for clogs and tested the drain line and condensate pump with several bottles of water to ensure that there are no leaks or clogs. Performed humidifier service for a healthy climate humidifier. I removed and replaced the old #35 water panel and cleaned out the tray and housing. Checked all electrical connections to ensure that they are secure and in good condition. I powered the system back on and called for heat. Took a combustion analysis test and received the following readings, o2 is 11.3% and the co levels are 14ppm. The inducer motor amp draw is .48 and the blower motor amp draw is 5.10. The supply temp is 124

Performed preventative maintenance for high efficiency furnace. Customer replaced the air filter (16x25x1). Inspected all the electrical components. Confirmed proper high and low voltages. Tested the amp draw from the blower and inducer. Both are operating within the manufacturer spec. Customer stated the system still has a vibration noise but this time instead of end of cycle it’s during the beginning of the cycle. Made adjustments to vibration Dampening mounts to get rid of the inducer wheel rubbing. If this comes back or continues the ECM inducer assembly will need replacement. The end of cycle vibration noise has been solved with the new blower motor last year. Performed a combustion analysis on the furnace. System is operating at 95.3% efficiency with a CO level of 11ppm. Cleaned the burners, flame sensor and burner box. System is operating properly at this time.

Came out today to replace warranty parts. After repair further diagnostics were needed. Upon inspection I found a faulty external low water cut off. The new Weil-McLain boilers have them built in. I wired the system back to its factory settings and called for heat. The system started right without any issues. I observed the system hitting the temperature limit and shut down. There is no need for an external low water cut off since it is built in. The system is operating properly at this time. No charge part of install.

Use a small furnco fitting or rubber dishwasher fitting and extend black tubing with 3/4" PVC and run neatly away from the home. Add a standard float switch in the evaporator coil drain pan if there is currently not one there. There is no charge for this work per RC as this was a new installation completed by Chud. N/C, WARRANTY WORK.

Came out today for a system condensation issue. Upon inspection I found that the Trane system has a gravity drain that runs through the wall and out to the condenser. The condenser is sitting on a slab of concrete that is not level. This is causing the condensation to run back to the house and rott the wood. See photos. I was able to place a small piece of vinyl tubing into the condensation drain to re direct the water as a temporary solution. I will get with PA and figure out a plan to permanently address this issue. Also the system should have an ez trap installed as a form of water protection. No charge the system was installed in March of this year.

Performed air duct cleaning and sanitation on a 4 bedroom dual system house. All vents and ductwork are clear of dust and debris at this time. Both systems are functioning properly at this time. Recommend duct cleaning every 3-4 years. Performed a first floor dryer vent cleaning. Dryer vent, duct, flex hose and lint trap are all clear of lint and debris at this time. Dryer is functioning properly at this time and exhaust flow is optimal. Recommend dryer vent cleaning every 1-2 years. Thank you for your business! sent customer a recommendation for a Merv cabinet there is ample space for an install.

Performed preventative maintenance on Lennox heat pump system. Customer replaced MERV 20x20x4 air filter prior to us coming out. Tested evaporator coil pan and condensate line for proper drainage. Temperature split is at 20° with a supply air temperature of 50°. This unit has the correct refrigerant charge. Compressor-5.2 RLA Condenser fan motor-0.4 FLA . These readings are both within the amperage rating for this unit. System is operating properly at this time and is ready for the upcoming season.

Addressed blower noise on Trane heat pump system. Discussed and emailed photos to Trane technical support team in real time. They advised to put the front door back on over the blower compartment, and test pulling return air from the bottom. The test proved to be a lot quieter. There will still be some noise from the air turbulence.

Performed preventative maintenance for heat pump system. Customer replaced the 2- 16x20x1 filters. Inspected all electrical components. Components are operating best they can considering the age. System had a heat rise of 26° heat pump only. System uses 6 30amp buss fuses. Wires have some charging in the heat kit but is still operational. Heat kit is a 15kw. Inspected the heat pump. Coil is clear with no major buildup of debris. Amp draw for the compressor and fan motor are on the higher end of the rated load amperage. As stated system is operational but is very inefficient and noisy. Recommend replacement due to age and parts will be hard to come by if repairs are needed. Most parts for this system have been discontinued. Air handler is 49 years old and heat pump is 21 years. Customer would like a quote for replacement. Referred estimate to RC.
