Ms

John did major work on my heater last year and did an excellent job. He was just as thorough and efficient this time with the preventative maintenance. He showed me what to watch out for and keep an eye on. He is courteous and very pleasant to have work here. You all have an A-One employee.

Manufacturer Trane Model # 4TWR5030H1000AB Serial # 220947T74F Completed a preventative maintenance on a newly installed Trane system. I changed the 16x20x1 filter. Then I took a split temperature of and it was 20 degrees. Then I water tested the drain it was working. Then I went outside and performed a amperage readings on the compressor 4.3 amps and on condenser fan motor .45 amps both are operating properly. And the capacitor and contactor are both working and in range. System is operating properly at this point.

Clean the hot water delivery system. Flushed and descaled a Rheem tankless hot water heater. Model #Rtgh-95dvn, serial #Rhln0411j00477. Upon arrival I powered the system down and shut off the incoming and outgoing water. I connected the hose to from the cleaning system to the hot water heater. Filled the cleaning system with water and descaling solution. I let the system run the cleaning solution through the hot water heater for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes I removed the cleaning solution and allowed clean water to rinse the system. Once I ensured the system was clean I opened the incoming and outgoing water and powered the system back up. The system is operating properly at this time. Service was pre paid for.

Performed preventative maintenance for a high efficiency Lennox AC system. Model #XC17-048-230-05, serial #5812E19950. Upon arrival I powered the system down and removed the access panel. The evaporator coil’s are clean and in good condition. There was some debris in the drain pan that I was able to vacuum out. I tested the drain pan, drain line and condensate pump with several bottles of water to ensure that there are no leaks or clogs. The air filter size 16x25x5 was replaced in the fall. I powered down the humidifier for the season. I checked all electrical connections to ensure that they are secure and in good condition. I re attached the access panels and powered the system back up. I called for ac and observed the system starting normally. The condenser coils are clean and in good condition. The condenser amp draws are .67 for the fan and 8.6 for the compressor. The temperature split is at a 21° differential. The system is operating properly at this time. No charge for the mainte

Came out today to inspect a leaking high efficiency Lennox furnace model #EL296UH090XV60C-03, serial #5912H28991. Upon arrival the homeowner showed me a puddle of water under the back of the furnace. I powered the system down and removed the access panels. There are no signs of water in or near the inducer motor or anywhere near the blower motor. The leak is isolated to the back of the system. The humidifier sits on the back of the system. I opened the humidifier and noticed that the humidifier pad was covered in this clear gel. This humidifier was not serviced by chud this past year. I recommend performing humidifier service and the homeowner agreed. I replaced the #35 water panel and cleaned out the housing and drain line. I powered the system back up and tested for proper operation and leaks. The system is operating properly at this time.

Performed preventative maintenance for a Lennox heat pump model #XP14-036-230-10, serial #5814L07199. Upon arrival I powered the system down and removed the access panels. The evaporator coil’s are clean and in good condition. Tested the drain pan and drain line with several bottles of water to ensure that there are no leaks or clogs. Checked all electrical connections to ensure that they are secure and in good condition. Dispatch stated that the homeowner replaced the air filter a couple weeks ago however it is very dirty so I installed a new 20x20x1 air filter. I re installed the access panel and called for heat. The system started without any issues. The blower motor amp draw is 1.8. The heat pump coils are clean and in good condition. The heat pump amp draws are .98 for the fan and 8.7 for the compressor. The refrigerant pressures are within normal range. The system is operating properly at this time.

Performed preventative maintenance for high efficiency furnace. Customer replaced the air filter (16x25x1). Inspected all the electrical components. Confirmed proper high and low voltages. Tested the amp draw from the blower and inducer. Both are operating within the manufacturer spec. Customer stated the system still has a vibration noise but this time instead of end of cycle it’s during the beginning of the cycle. Made adjustments to vibration Dampening mounts to get rid of the inducer wheel rubbing. If this comes back or continues the ECM inducer assembly will need replacement. The end of cycle vibration noise has been solved with the new blower motor last year. Performed a combustion analysis on the furnace. System is operating at 95.3% efficiency with a CO level of 11ppm. Cleaned the burners, flame sensor and burner box. System is operating properly at this time.

Came out today to replace warranty parts. After repair further diagnostics were needed. Upon inspection I found a faulty external low water cut off. The new Weil-McLain boilers have them built in. I wired the system back to its factory settings and called for heat. The system started right without any issues. I observed the system hitting the temperature limit and shut down. There is no need for an external low water cut off since it is built in. The system is operating properly at this time. No charge part of install.

Use a small furnco fitting or rubber dishwasher fitting and extend black tubing with 3/4" PVC and run neatly away from the home. Add a standard float switch in the evaporator coil drain pan if there is currently not one there. There is no charge for this work per RC as this was a new installation completed by Chud. N/C, WARRANTY WORK.

Came out today for a system condensation issue. Upon inspection I found that the Trane system has a gravity drain that runs through the wall and out to the condenser. The condenser is sitting on a slab of concrete that is not level. This is causing the condensation to run back to the house and rott the wood. See photos. I was able to place a small piece of vinyl tubing into the condensation drain to re direct the water as a temporary solution. I will get with PA and figure out a plan to permanently address this issue. Also the system should have an ez trap installed as a form of water protection. No charge the system was installed in March of this year.
