PU part in 1574 garage. Use the app/process for Precise Home to dispatch and arrive. Replace the relay on Payne air handler. Serial #2406a71335 model #Pf1mnc031. This is not a universal relay. Part will need to be ordered. 3/17/23-PT- came out today to install a new relay on a Payne air handler. Upon arrival I powered the system down and removed the access panels. I removed the relay from the housing and installed a new one. I connected all the proper wiring and tested the system. Further diagnostics were needed. I found that the thermostat was not operating properly as well. I removed the existing thermostat and briefly attached a t4 set up for a heat pump. I called for heat and the system started right up and is operating properly. I reached out to Tim at Precise Home Renovation and explained the issue at hand.
