Performed preventative maintenance on a Lennox AC unit. Model number: 14ACXS030-230A23. Serial number: 1918K34429. Upon arrival the unit was off at the thermostat. I turned the unit on at the thermostat and adjusted the temperature to keep the AC running. Went downstairs to the unit and watched it run. I turned the unit off at the furnace. Removed the panel to the evaporator coil and inspected the coil for any dust build up. I poured water into the condensate trap and watched the water drain properly. I poured water into the condensate pump and watched the water pump out properly. Removed the panels to the furnace and checked the blower motor and wheel for any dust build up. I checked the capacitor on the blower wheel. Checked all electrical connections to make sure they were properly secure. Replaced the 16x25x1 filter supplied by the homeowner. Took an amp draw of the motor, 3.8 amps. Placed the panels back on and turned the unit on at the furnace. Went outside to the condenser and
