Performed preventative maintenance on a CARRIER AC unit. Model number: CH14NB060-A. Serial number: 3818X49825. Upon arrival the system was off at the thermostat. I turned the system in at the thermostat and went upstairs and watched the unit run. I turned the unit off at the switch. Removed the panel to the evaporator coil. Inspected the coil for any dust build up. Poured water into the condensate trap and watched the water drain properly. Inspected the gravity drain and watched the water drain through. I removed the panels to the furnace and checked the blower motor and fan for any dust build up. Checked the capacitor to the blower motor. Running within manufacture’s specs. Checked all electrical connections to make sure they were properly secure. Filter was replaced in march of 2023. Still good until next year. Took an amp draw of the motor, 9.5 amps. Placed panels back on unit. Went outside to the condenser and watched the unit run. Checked the coils for any dirt build up. Removed t
