Performed preventative maintenance on a Coleman AC system. Model number: TC4B3621H. Serial number: W1F8887919. Upon arrival the unit was on at the thermostat. I adjusted the temperature so the AC will keeping running. Went downstairs to the unit and watched it run. Turned the unit off at the switch. Checked the filter. Customer recently changed the filter so it is good. Removed the panel to the evaporator coil. Poured water into the condensate trap and watched it drain into the gravity drain line. Removed the panels to the furnace. Checked all electrical connections to make sure they are properly secure. Checked the capacitor for the fan motor. It is starting to get rusted, I recommend replacement either now or in the fall for the heater maintenance. Checked the blower motor and fan for any dust build up. Took an amp draw for the blower motor. Running within the manufacture’s specs. Placed the panels back on the unit and watched it run. Went outside to the condenser and watched it run.
