Performed preventative maintenance on Lennox heat pump, model number: HP29-036-5P, serial number: 5805A45695. Upon arrival the unit was on, I adjusted the thermostat to keep the ac running. Changed the 20x20x1 filter supplied by chud. Checked the condensate pump to make sure the water was pumping out properly. Checked the fan and motor for any dirt build up. Went outside to the condenser and watched it run. Checked the coils for any dirt build up. Removed the panel. Checked the contactor and capacitor, both running within the manufacture’s specs. Took an amp draw of the fan, .8 amps.n took an amp draw of the compressor, 7.5 amps. Placed the panel back on the unit and watched it run. Took a temp split of 19°. System is running properly at this time. Performed preventative maintenance on a air temp heat pump. Model number: VT5BD-060K. Serial number: N/A. Upon arrival the unit was on at the thermostat. I adjusted the temperature on the thermostat to keep it running. Changed the 20x20x1
