Customer called for no heat. We had a tech out recent to work on the system that didn’t make it onto service titan. The thermocouple was replaced by Chris on last visit. Needed to adjust the thermocouple due to it not sitting in the pilot assembly properly. Tested the system when completed. System is operating properly at this time. Per PA he said to charge for the EMS visit and the thermocouple. Collected for those 2 things today.
