Manufacturer Lennox Model # XC13-030-230-02 Serial # 5807F19554 Completed a preventative maintenance on Lennox ac unit. Temperature split was 20 degrees. Filter size 16x20x1. Did a amp check on the fan motor and compressor both are operating properly at this time. Made sure drain line is working. After the maintenance I performed a AC performance package were I cleaned the evaporator coil condenser coil and added a tablet in the evaporator coil drain pan to stop the drain from clogging. I also replaced 5 microfarad capacitor and installed new surge protector.
