Performed preventative for a Gibson AC system. Model #Js5bu-036k, serial #Jsa060508466. Upon arrival the thermostat was set for cool at 72°. I powered down the thermostat, powered down the system and removed the access panels. The evaporator coil’s are clean and in fair condition. I tested the drain pan and drain line with several bottles of water to ensure that there are no leaks or clogs. I replaced the air filter size 16x20x1. I checked all electrical connections to ensure that they are secure and in good condition. I re attached the access panels and powered the system back up. I called for AC and observed the system starting normally. The condenser coils are clean and in fair condition. The condenser amp draws are .61 for the fan and 8.8 for the compressor. The temperature split is at a 19° differential. I presented the homeowner with several solutions to help improve the system in the home. The homeowner went with the economy option. I replaced the 45+10 capacitor and performed t
