Performed preventative maintenance for heating and air conditioning system. Inspected all the electrical components. Made sure all drain piping was clear from evaporator and humidifier. Condensate pump is working as it should and the vinyl tubing shows no signs of debris build up. Tested the amp draw from the compressor, blower, condenser fan motor and inducer motor. All were operating within the manufacturer specs. Tested the temperature split between the supply and return for cooling. System is operating at a 20° differential. Performed a combustion analysis on the gas furnace. The heater is operating at 95% efficiency with a CO level of 13ppm. System is operating at maximum performance in both air conditioning and heating.
