Performed preventative maintenance for a Lennox ac system. Model #XC16-024-230-04, serial #5814G07907. Upon arrival the thermostat was set for heat. I powered down the system and removed the access panel. The evaporator coil’s are clean and in good condition. I tested the drain pan, drain line and condensate pump with several bottles of water to ensure that there are no leaks or clogs. The blower wheel and blower motor are clean and in good condition. Checked all electrical connections to ensure that they are secure and in good condition. I replaced the air filter size 20x20x1 supplied by the homeowner. I re attached the access panels and powered the system back up and called for ac. I observed the system starting normally. The condenser coils are clean and in good condition. The condenser amp draws are .67 for the fan and 5.8 for the compressor. The temperature split is at a 19° differential. The system is operating properly at this time.
