Performed preventative maintenance on a Lennox AC system. Model #Xc16-036-230-03, serial #5810M12068. Upon arrival the system was set for heat. I powered the system down and removed the access panels. The evaporator coil’s are clean and in good condition. Tested the drain pan and drain line with several bottles of water to ensure that there are no leaks or clogs. I replaced the air filter size 16x25x5 Merv11 (supplied by the homeowner). The homeowner stated that the filter was replaced this past December however she has had some work done in the home since then. Checked all electrical connections to ensure that they are secure and in good condition. I set the humidifier off for the season and the UV bulb is still working. I re attached the panels and powered the system up. I called for ac and observed the system starting normally. The condenser is clean and in good condition. The condenser amp draws are .43 for the fan and 8.6 for the compressor. The temperature split is at a 19° diffe
