Performed preventative maintenance on a high efficiency Coleman AC system. Model #CC7B3621SA, serial #W1A9552542. Upon arrival the system was set for heat. I powered the system down and removed the access panels. Th3 condenser coils are clean and in good condition. Tested the drain pan and drain line with several bottles of water to ensure that there are no leaks or clogs. Checked all electrical connections to ensure that they are secure and in good condition. Replaced the air filter size 16x25x1 ( chud supplied). I re attached the access panels and powered the system back up. I called for AC and observed the system starting normally. The condenser coils are clean and in good condition. The condenser amp draws are .82 for the fan and 8.96 for the compressor. The temperature split is at a 19° differential. The system is operating properly at this time. No charge for today the homeowner is a CCM. I did present the home with options to help improve the home.
