System #1 located in the attic-Performed preventative maintenance for a Lennox AC system model #CBX32M-048-230-6-06, serial #1616D04968. Upon arrival the system was set off. I powered the system down and removed the access panels. The Evaporator coil’s are clean and in good condition. I tested the drain pan and drain line with several bottles of water to ensure that there are no leaks or clogs. I replaced the air filter size 20x20x1. The blower motor and blower wheel are both clean and in good condition. I re attached the access panels and powered the system back up. I called for AC and observed the system starting properly. The heat pump coils are clean and in good condition. The heat pump amp draws are 1.1 for the fan and 8.3 for the compressor. The temperature split is at a 20° differential.
