Performed preventative maintenance for a Lennox AC system. Model #XC14-042-230A07, serial #5816M04187. Upon arrival the thermostat was turned off. I powered down the system and removed the access panel. The evaporator coil’s are clean and in good condition. Tested the drain pan, drain line with several bottles of water to ensure that there are no leaks or clogs. I replaced the air filter size 16x25x4 merv8 supplied by the homeowner. I checked all electrical connections to ensure that they are secure and in good condition. I powered down the humidifier for the season and turned off the water. I re attached the access panels and powered the system back up. I called for AC and observed the system starting normally. The condenser coil’s are dirty but in good condition. The condenser amp draws are 10.02 for the compressor and 1.22 for the fan. The temperature split is at a 18° differential. The system is operating at this time.
