Performed preventative maintenance on a Rheem AC unit. Model number: 14AJM36A01. Serial number: 7996W161204127. Upon arrival, unit was off at the thermostat. I turned the unit on at the thermostat and went downstairs to watch the unit run. I took a temperature split of 21°. Removed the panel for the evaporator coil and checked the coils for any dust or dirt build up. I poured water into the condensate trap and watched the water drain properly. I poured water into the condensate pump until it pumped the water out properly. I checked the blower fan and motor for any dust or dirt build up. Washed the washable filter. Checked all electrical connections to make sure they were properly secure. Took an amp draw for the blower motor. Placed panels back on unit. Went outside t9 the condenser and checked the coils for any dirt build up. Removed panel and brushed out any spider webs. Checked the capacitor and contact or to make sure they were at the manufacturer specs. Took an amp draw for the fa
