Did maintenance on force boiler. Amped out both circulators. Cleaned out all of the burners, and spark ignition. Boiler pressure was at 21 psi. Made sure all returns were hot. Checked expansion tank. Made sure aqua stat was working properly by seeing the boiler turn on at 150 degrees and off at 190 degrees. Customer stated his down stairs can’t keep up with the up stairs. It is because the boiler is upstairs, and thermostat is located down. If they turn it up it gets to hot up stairs system should be zoned. M#FORCE05E-136 s#GGSX130601 system is operating properly.
