Came out today for a no heat call. Lennox furnace model #G61MP-60C-091-09, serial #5910J33582 . FILTER SIZE 16x25x1. Upon arrival the homeowner stated that they turned the temp down on the thermostat and when they went to turn it back up the thermostat was blank. The homeowner went and checked the furnace and found a puddle of water under the system. Upon arrival the thermostat was indeed blank. After inspecting the system I found a fault in the waste water removal system. I also found some other issue with the system. I presented the homeowner with several different solutions for their home and the homeowner went with the gold package. I was able to replace the condensate pump and vinyl tubing today. The rest of the repairs and installation will be installed on a later date. I confirmed with PA that all parts were ordered.
