40% rebuild of heat rejection system Condenser fan motor w/ fan blade and capacitor. *Parts have been picked up and labeled in 1574 garage.* 5/17/23-PT- came out today to replace a carrier condenser fan motor and blade. Model #25HCE418A300, serial #2716E20265. Upon arrival the system was calling for heat. I powered the thermostat and the system down and removed the access panels. I disconnected the wiring for the fan motor and removed the motor and fan blade. I attached the fan motor and blade to the existing fan cage. I made all the proper connections and replaced the 30+5 capacitor. I powered the system back up and called for ac. The condenser amp draws are within the manufacture specifications. The system is operating properly at this time. Collecting the remaining balance.
