Our serviceman did a through job in servicing our heat pump. He washed id down on the outside and mentioned to me that the backside against the house, which I never pay attention to, was pretty dirty. He housed it down for us. He also gave us a heads up on the fact that by the year 2020 the Freon we are currently using will no longer be available, so we need to prepare for replacing our heat pump with a new one. Serviceman was friendly and courteous.

Bill was friendly and thorough and arrived ahead of schedule. Bill found a small knick in a wire that could have caused the symptoms. It took extra effort to open up the entire outside unit and it took moving wires to see it. I was impressed with his discovery. It did not fix the outside unit behavior for it still came down to a suspected faulty compressor, but was a good try for it had potential to cause the problem.

The tech (Bill) was able to arrive a little early and quickly diagnosed the issue with my AC. He explained the issue and repair options clearly. Fortunately the repair fit nicely within the "Spring Special" which helped out on the price. He was able to get the system back online quickly and did a thorough check of the system to ensure it was working efficiently. Many thanks and keep up the good work.
