Bill was friendly and thorough and arrived ahead of schedule. Bill found a small knick in a wire that could have caused the symptoms. It took extra effort to open up the entire outside unit and it took moving wires to see it. I was impressed with his discovery. It did not fix the outside unit behavior for it still came down to a suspected faulty compressor, but was a good try for it had potential to cause the problem.
