Dan was awesome. Knew his business, gave solid advice, and did great work. The scheduling process was frustrating. I called and asked to join your hero’s program (though I do not use that term to refer to myself, ever) and said I have an issue with my outside unit. I was told the next available appt was 5/8 at 10 am. I asked for the next 8am opening so that I could miss as little work as possible, 5/9 at 8. Then on 5/8 I got a call asking me to reschedule because they were repairing someone else on 5/9. I had been without ac as well for a week while I waited. Not sure why our inconvenience was more acceptable than someone else’s (unless it was a hospital or other critical service). I was moved to 10 am instead. Which I could have had the day before. Just seemed like we were an afterthought to the office. Since no one seemed to remember that our system wasn’t working properly or that I had taken a later date to get an 8am appt (waiting a week). If Dan had not been an outstanding representative for your company, I was considering ending our business relationship already.
