Had two techs Bill and Guillermo come out and assess our heat pump situation.Very polite . Wore shoe protectors in my house. Not pushy. Very informative and personable. Made me feel at ease and not pressured in making a decision on the spot.Explained everything thoroughly . Very impressive team. Appreciated their attention to answering my questions.Plan on making CJS our heating and air conditioning company from now on. These two were great representatives for CJS. First impressions do matter.
