Robert worked hard to make sure our furnace is maintained for this winter. He found a small issue that could have created a huge problem for us in the future. He informed me and took care of it promptly. His warmth and kindness i.e. people skills, add to his commitment to excellence in his field. We hope he will be the staff person who comes for our spring maintenance call. Thanks for adding a person of his caliber to your staff.
