John did an awesome job! He was very friendly and explained everything he was doing and answered all my questions. If I would of called CJS the year before instead of a competitor it would of saved me $200. John had to fix their mistake and it took him extra time and effort, but I was not charged anything extra. It was excellent service and I will definitely call CJS for all my heating and air needs.
